Research Manager

As a research manager, you will work closely with customers, in-depth understanding of clients ‘ business problems and needs to ensure customer acceptance of the research program, and work side by side with our customers in order to smooth implementation of the projects performed. You will perform for 1 to 2 persons, many applicants complete the General program in writing of the project, questionnaire design, data analysis and report writing, and the basic conclusions and recommendations for review by the Project Director.

Senior Manager

The Senior Manager is responsible for the project management exercise their leadership skills, learn to strike a balance between the overall interests and other details. You will rely on their wisdom to lead project teams to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, using the diversity of project team members to ensure that develop creative solutions to complex problems. You need formal and informal feedback to project team members, encouraging them to continue to hone skills. By managing the customer relationship, you need to ensure that project outputs exceeding customer’s expectations. At this stage, you should have independent ability to service customers, and be able to find and bring new opportunities for cooperation.

Director of research

As a Director, you manage multiple client relationships and team. At this point, your success as a Manager in the past experience will benefit you a lot. You need to take some creative risks, to provide customers with innovative solutions, and build customer relationships of mutual trust. You and your team and your customer relationships beyond the project itself or simple task, they need your advice, leadership and guidance. Usearch, you will be working with colleagues to share his in-depth views on business issues, thereby promoting innovation, enhancing the company’s business capacity and rich portfolio. As a Director, you will be more and more involved in the management of the company, all the applicants will work on customer projects and Usearch will link to wider business opportunities and strategic vision.
