We adopt a conversational interview process aimed at close range to get to know you and your analytical skills, while giving you the chance to contact our staff and learn more about our work. In the course of interaction, we will assess your ability to listen, ability to communicate effectively and self-expression skills, dynamism, and persuasive. We are looking for someone with a strong intellectual curiosity and talent of creative thinking. We are eager to know if you would be interested in improving your skills in international marketing, specially in such highly developing country as China is.

Our interview process is unfolded as follows:

Typically, our interview standard process is divided into three parts: personal background, case studies and answer applicant questions by one or more of our human resources staff members.

Your personal background. We hope that during the interview process you can have a better understanding, to see if you fit with the profile that we are looking for and that is also suitable for you. For example, we may ask you to introduce yourself, what are your is work experience, how do you manage to work within a team environment, what is the role that you usually play in the team. We may also ask you about what you have overcome obstacles and to convince others to accept a decision that they had strongly opposed. Interviewer may want to know about what are the reasons that made you be want to choose U search as a company to develop your career, and specially what are your reasons to come to China to develop your career opportunities.

Case studies. We will, through a case study, you have the opportunity to present and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Since these cases are essentially based on the interviewer’s own personal experience of customer projects. The interviewee can take this opportunity to demonstrate and talk about his previous work experiences in which has had real life working cases.

Case studies are usually given a business issue, and requires the interviewee to address interviewer towards a different degree of questions. Solving such problems, you typically do not need very deep industry and process expertise. Our case often there is no right and wrong answers. We also value and appreciate the questions from the interviewee questions posed during the analysis and the thought process.
