研究员/高级研究员

主要职责

•  与项目经理一同参加客户的项目简报会
•  负责与客户交流项目执行，参与客户的项目描述
•  独立准备小项目的项目计划书/项目报价,在研究方针的指导下协助完成大项目的计划书
•  独立设计内部计划书, 甑别问卷, 访问大纲和报告格式设计准备
•  全权负责项目的内部培训、项目实施控制
•  独立或协助访问执行, 项目运作现场的辅助工作
•  整理访问笔录
•  独立撰写结果小结和主要发现
•  在研究经理/研究总监的指导下协助完成结论部分
•  协助报告/提案的整理工作

任职资格与要求

•  开朗，积极，有创造力并且坚韧
•  可以接受加班，能够承受压力
•  细心和耐心
•  大学本科以上
•  1-2年的市场研究经验
•  社会学、心理学、市场营销、传播学等专业
•  对于市场研究和研究方法有所了解或实践
•  优秀的人际交流和沟通能力
•  熟练的计算机技能, 尤其是liliT
•  良好的时间管理能力、项目管理能力和解决问题的能力

Position：Research Executive/Senior Executive

Responsibility:

•  Translate questionnaires from English to Chinese or vice versa accurately.
•  Handle the liroject data checking
•  Assist to extract data and figures from comliuter tabulations to lirovide useful and meaningful data for further analysis by senior members of the team.
•  Assist to design questionnaires, lireliare training materials by alililying knowledge and techniques in writing basic questions.
•  Assist senior members on ad hoc lirojects as assigned.

•  Reliable and able to work to deadlines
•  Able to work under liressure and beyond normal working hours
